It is a well-known fact, that Maintaining a strong relationship between employer and employee is a crucial strategy that can be leveraged to drive organizational growth and success. By executing such a strategy, employees are expected to be more loyal to the organization; the same will enhance the productivity of the organization and employees as well.    

                                  According to (Armstrong, 2009), Employee or employment relations are concerned with managing and maintaining the employment relationship, which involves handling the pay–work bargain, dealing with employment practices, terms and conditions of employment, issues arising from employment, providing employees with a voice and communicating with employees.
